Q "Is the Price per Apartment or per person?" A In general it is per apartment, although if it is over a certain amount of people we will charge additional fee per person. Q "Do all apartments have double beds?" A Most apartments have double beds or a set of singles that can be pushed together to create a double bed. Q "Is breakfast included?" A No, but there is no need as all apartments have a kitchen, and every apartment will have several restaurants in the area. Q "Is there a lift?" A Most of our places do have a lift although some of the places in older buildings may not. Please ask us first if this is an important issue for you. Q "Are the apartments safe?" A Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments. Besides, the areas we choose are the most protected parts of the city. Q "Can I bring a pet?" A No, sorry no pets allowed Q "How many people can share 1 apartment?" A Studio apartment: 2-4 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-8. Q "What does the check-in look like?" A When you arrive in Venice you MUST call us 30 minutes before reaching the apartment. Dial the phone number previously indicated on your confirmation voucher. We meet all our guests at our office. There, you are asked to fill in our guest form, facilitate the payment IN CASH and you receive your keys. On the guest form you are asked to fill in your cc details. By doing this you agree to assume financial responsibility: for damage which occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during your stay, for loss of keys (which will result in a charge of 15 euro per set), for additional cleaning if necessary (in exceptional cases where the cleaning required is abnormal; a charge of 15 euro for each hour over 2 hours), for calling staff out to carry out unnecessary duties (15 euro per hour including traveling). If you do not wish your card to be used for this purpose, you are asked to pay a cash deposit which will be refunded by appointment when you leave. Q "How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?" A The best and the easiest way is to book a chosen apartment online by providing credit card details in the special safe form. You can also send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED. Q "How do I secure my booking?" A All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card prior to confirmation. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending on your choice and current availability. However, before sending a confirmation letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date. Q "How long has your company existed?" A In early summer 2000 the company was founded in Warsaw. We were the first company in the region maintaining serviced apartments. At present, we offer a widening range of services all throughout Europe and are experienced to make your stay safe and pleasurable. Q "Do I get fresh towels and bed linen?" A Yes, and much more. Q "Are the apartments near the centre?" A All of our apartments are located in the 6 original sestieri - Cannaregio, San Marco, San Polo, Santa Croce, Dorsoduro and Castello - that make up old Venice. The sestieri together constitute a relatively small area, thus all the major sights are easily accessible. So yes, the apartments are in the centre of the city. Q “What time is check-in and check-out?" A 13:00 check-in to apartment and 11:00 check out from apartment. If you arrive at office before 13:00 all formalities can be settled right away. In some cases it is possible to store your bags there until 13:00, or until a further moment when you wish to check-in to the apartment, but it can only be arranged on your arrival.
On rare occasions an earlier check-in to apartment may be arranged. This can ONLY be confirmed upon your arrival.
Regarding the check-out, if you have a later departure time of your plane, train etc. sometimes it is possible to leave your luggage in the office between 11:00 and 20:00. However, please, be aware that this can be arranged only on your departure day. The apartment unfortunately must be vacated at 11:00, due to following arrivals.
Q "Are there any additional fees?" A Yes, we are charging a 25 euro final cleaning fee. If you require an additional bed or a baby cot there is a 25 euro transport charge (for one way, so if you want it to be prepared in the apartment and taken back after your departure, the fee will be 50 Euro). However, if you can take baby cot to the apartment and back by yourself, it will be free of charge. Also arrivals past 21:00 are subjected to a late check-in fee of 25 euros (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro).
If you happen to loose the key to the apartment there will be a 100 Euro fee.
Q "How do I pay?" A Payment in Euros is payable upon arrival at the office. Cash is the preferred method of payment. Due to charges made by credit (and debit) card companies there is a 2.8% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%). Please, bring a photocopy of a picture ID of any person paying by credit card.
