Q "What time is check-in and check-out?" A 13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Arrangements for an earlier check-in or a later check-out may be possible, depending on availability and previous notice. This may only be arranged the day before your check-in or check-out, as our availability changes rather quickly. The reservation department can not guarantee either one, please contact our reservation department. Q "Is the price per accommodation or per person?" A In general it is per accommodation, although if it is over a certain amount of people we will charge per person. Q "Do all accommodations have double beds?" A Most accommodations have double beds or larger in the main bedroom/s. They may also have a set of singles that can be pushed together to create a double bed. Q "Is breakfast included?" A No, but there is no need as all accommodations have a kitchen, and every accommodation will have several restaurants in their area. Q "Is there an elevator?" A Most of our places do have a lift although some of the places in older buildings may not. Please ask us first if this is an important issue for you. Q "Are the properties safe?" A Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best accommodations. Besides, the areas we choose are the most protected parts of the city. Q "Can I bring a pet?" A No, sorry no pets allowed Q "How many people can share a property?" A Studio: 1-4 people, 1 bedroom: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom: 4-6 people, 3 bedroom: 6-8. Some of our cities offer lodging for up to 14 people in one rental or have two rentals in the same immediate area. Q "How do I pay?" A To confirm a booking our reservations center will ask for credit card details. A small prepayment (typically 15% of the booking) will be taken to confirm your reservation. The remainder will be due upon arrival and you will be specifically notified in your voucher what payment policies apply. In order to use bank transfer, please ask for bank details. Q "Where do I check in?" A When you arrive you MUST call us 30 minutes before reaching the accommodation. Dial the phone number previously indicated on your confirmation voucher. All our guests will be met at their property unless pick-up arrangements have been made. There you will facilitate the payment and receive your keys. Some of the properties will require a security deposit. With this you agree to assume financial responsibility: for damage which occurs to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, for loss of keys, for additional cleaning if necessary or for calling upon staff to carry out unnecessary duties. The deposit will be refunded after inspection. Q "How can I make my reservation with minimal delay?" A Send a request for your preferred property and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the property provisionally. If we reply that the property IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED. Q "How do I secure my booking?" A Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date. Convenient and safe: We have a 100% secure encrypted connection for you to enter your credit card details. If you have not received a confirmation mail within a few business hours, please contact us. These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. Q "How long has your company existed?"
