Description The Prado D is an elegant two-bedroom apartment possessing a level of quality hard to find in Madrid's rental market. It’s loaded with high-quality features such as a fully equipped kitchen, as well as an iron and ironing board and a washing machine. There’s plenty of room for up to six people to stay here in comfort. Plus, there’s a TV and DVD player for some relaxing time indoors. Not that you’ll be doing much of that, with the metro only three minutes away and the popular Puerta Del Sol just a short 15-minute walk from the apartment, making it extra convenient. This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past. In the case that you are a light sleeper this apartment may not be ideal for you, but otherwise we can offer this apartment for a discounted rate on the weekends!
