Description Comfortably located on the 1st floor (American 2nd) , this large studio apartment has a view of a quiet courtyard. With a separate kitchen and bathroom, this studio, with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed is suitable for up to 4 people. Best of all, it’s just a short walk from the U-Bahn, and lots of hip cafés and restaurants, not to mention night-life and sights. This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past. In the case that you are a light sleeper this apartment may not be ideal for you, but otherwise we can offer this apartment for a discounted rate on the weekends!
