Description This spacious studio apartment has a fully fitted bathroom and kitchen, and can sleep up to 4 people, with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Conveniently located on the first floor (not ground floor), looking out over a quite courtyard. In the immeidate area are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés. The apartment could hardly be better located, for the culture vulture or fun seeking traveller. This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past. In the case that you are a light sleeper this apartment may not be ideal for you, but otherwise we can offer this apartment for a discounted rate on the weekends!
