Description This is a brand-new apartment which is situated within one of Barcelona's safest and most exclusive areas, which can sleep up to four luxuriously. Two can stay in the bedroom in its single beds, and two on a sofa-bed in the lounge. There's quite a lot of space and light here, and you'll also have a balcony, from which you'll enjoy a great view of the upper end of Passeig de Gracia. The entire area is bursting with interesting architecture, and the Pedrera is just three minutes away. The metro is just one minute from here, and can take you to the center of Barcelona in just 5 minutes. If you wish to walk to the Segrada Familia, it's around a twenty-minute stroll away.
